Bright and crunchy with cherry pips, cranberry and drops of boysenberry that shine through along with some trademark Sangiovese dusty tannin, and crispy acidity

Carlotta Sangiovese 2023

The tannins are dusty, earthy spices, and high-toned acidity. This is old school, but it’s still holding onto a little, effortless, cool vibe. Great at dinner parties. Drink it while the sunsets, and in between pieces of cheese you cut that’s too big for the cracker.

They went light on the malt to let the Simcoe, Strat and Idaho 7 T90 shine through, even before dry hopping with those same strains to turn the juiciness and aromatics way up. Brilliant. (440ml) 7.0% ABV

Rocky Ridge collaborated with Mountain Culture for this gem and who’d have guessed… two amazing breweries have made a great beer! 500mls of pure bliss at 11% that’ll make you wanna just slow down and enjoy. (440ml) 11.0% ABV

Fermented entirely in stainless steel to let the Grigio take centre stage and taste just like how you want Grigio from King Valley to taste, with that stone fruit, some sublime pear, and gentle acidity.

We’ve been waiting for this and you’re going to love all the bright red fruits that come helixed in herbs, a dab of sap and some delicious bitter, amaro spice. Cheers.

Little Saint Pinot Noir 2022

This feels like a wine that’s showing off a lot of charming assets. From the leesy richness and green apple citrus to the light yeasty note and citrus peels that are almost juicy, and dipped in salt.

Zudugarai Txakoli Hondurrabi Zuri Petit Mensang 2023

There’s texture here and plenty of grip that adds charming length. Don’t worry though, it’s soft enough and full of stone fruits and some honey. It’s wine for LoFi lovers, and devotees to the radikal skin contact wines of Friuli.

Bikicki SO Orange SB Sauvignon Blanc

This also has a little biscuity edge, plenty of nectarine and best of all, value. It’s a great gifting wine and one to open just as after sunset, or even over lunch. You should pair it with cheese and mates.

From the guitarist, Matthew Aulich who was a founding member of Hobart band The Paradise Hotel, comes an annual hit that’s full of red frogs, red cherries and currants. It’s super good with a lazy summer evening pizza, and you can even put it in the fridge to dial up the refreshment.

Blood Moon Sang de Etoiles Sangiovese 2024

Lay slices of yellow peach and nectarine on it then sprinkle a little oak spice and you might be drinking this Blood Moon wine. With a little Lo-Fi texture that’s like pulp–not for Common People or Babies, but great for Disco 2000 drinkers.
