Refreshing and chiselled in style with passionfruit pulp and a citrusy line of acid, with some nettle and grass notes really completing the picture. This is a serious expression and we’re loving it!

Forest Hill Vineyards Highbury Fields Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Laden with brambly blackberries alongside red and black currants at the fore, with a lovely spice line and whole bunch herbal notes sitting beautifully within the wine, with a nice clench of chalky tannin. Some extra time on skins adds a textural component to that wine that's just begging for a cozy blanket and a good book.

Galafrey Dry Grown Cabernet Franc 2021

Dry-grown in Mount Barker and amongst Galafrey's original 1977 plantings. Lovely lifted aromas pave the way for some green papaya, green apple and a jolt of some delightfully powdery acidity. If you haven't got a whole fish covered in lemongrass on the barbie yet, you better get a move on because this wine is demanding it!

Galafrey Dry Grown Müller Thurgau 2022

Dry grown in Mount Barker, this cool nook of Western Australia offers fantastic growing conditions for Riesling. It's the perfect wine to brighten up a school night, with fragrant Kaffir lime on the nose, and a dry, savoury palate; rounded out by a lovely phenolic bitterness, akin to a nuanced tonic. Talc, chalk, and a little spicy white pepper close the wine out.

Galafrey Dry Grown Riesling 2022

Collaborating with a plethora of exciting producers across Australia, Hey Tomorrow's casks are a great way to enjoy your favourite tipple whilst doing your bit to minimise the carbon footprint associated with traditional wine packaging. Lowboi's Grüner Veltliner hails from Western Australia's Great Southern region, along with a dash of Riesling added to make it a party. The fruit spent an extended time on solids to build texture, before being aged in a mixture of concrete, stainless steel, and old oak puncheons. Textural, dry, and complex, with citrus blossom, lime leaf, and honey along with varietal white pepper and radish notes. A wonderful alternative to Aussie Riesling, and a magnificent pairing with Asian cuisine! (2L)
